Felix Montero, MBA, MA, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and strategic planning. Felix worked as a Senior Project Manager at Alaska Communications from July 2015, where they led technical projects, established IT and telecommunications services, and successfully completed initiatives such as deploying Office 365 and migrating to an Oracle Cloud environment.

Prior to that, Felix worked at the 611th Air Operations Center as the Chief of the Strategy and Plans Division & Chief of the Crisis Action Planning Team. From September 2014 to May 2015, they supervised a team and examined strategic plans to address potential crisis situations in the region.

From November 2011 to September 2014, Felix served as the Director of Staff at the 611th AOC, where they led a staff of 82 professionals, and contributed to the acquisition of the U.S. Air Force. Additionally, they also worked at the 609th Combined Air Operations Center as the Chief of Command and Control Plans from January to August 2014.

Felix Montero holds an MBA, MA, and PMP certification. Felix attended the United States Air Force Academy from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology. In 1998, they pursued a Master's in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University, specializing in Business Administration and Management. In 2005, Felix Montero attended the Air Command and Staff College, where they acquired a Masters in Military Operational Arts and Science, focusing on Military Joint Operations Planning and Strategy.
