Previously, Frank worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Alaska Public Defender Agency, providing defense for indigent clients in criminal and juvenile cases, and held the role of Assistant Public Advocate at the Office of Public Advocacy, where indigent client services encompassed criminal, juvenile, and civil cases in several judicial districts. Frank's legal career began with a focus on providing comprehensive legal services in rural Alaska and includes experience as an Associate Attorney at LT Nome Law, P.C., and as an attorney and founder of Landbridge Legal Services, LLC.
