Nicole Frank

Nicole Frank currently serves as a Holistic Defense Staff Attorney at Alaska Legal Services Corporation, focusing on civil legal services in the Norton Sound region since September 2023. Previously, Frank worked as an Assistant Public Defender at the Alaska Public Defender Agency, providing defense for indigent clients in criminal and juvenile cases, and held the role of Assistant Public Advocate at the Office of Public Advocacy, where indigent client services encompassed criminal, juvenile, and civil cases in several judicial districts. Frank's legal career began with a focus on providing comprehensive legal services in rural Alaska and includes experience as an Associate Attorney at LT Nome Law, P.C., and as an attorney and founder of Landbridge Legal Services, LLC. Frank has also contributed to trial efforts concerning environmental issues and began legal training as a fellow at the Office of Public Advocacy and a legal intern with the Alaska Public Defender Agency. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Nebraska Wesleyan University.
