Biomedical Systems Administrator II at Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium

Jeff Slone has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Property Preservation Coordinator at Plunkett Enterprises, where they oversaw the security and preservation of foreclosed and abandoned properties. In this role, they evaluated contractor bids, provided cost estimates, and ensured projects were completed on time and within budget.

In 2016, Jeff joined GCI General Communication, Inc. as an Outside Plant Design Technician. Here, they were responsible for database design and support, as well as advanced application support for AutoCAD. Jeff also played a key role in engineering construction plans to expand GCI's coverage into new areas. Jeff held this position until 2019.

Currently, Jeff works at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC) since 2019 as a Biomedical Systems Administrator II. Jeff'sresponsibilities include providing application support for medical software in a 173-bed hospital, network administration in a VMware virtual server environment, and acting as a Cerner EHR connectivity specialist for new and existing medical equipment.

Jeff Slone completed their high school education at East High School from 1996 to 1999. Jeff obtained a High School Diploma with a focus on English and Computer Science. Additionally, they attended King Career Center in 1998 and 1999, where they earned a Completion Certificate in Electronics. Later on, Jeff obtained two additional certifications. In 2014, they received an Autodesk AutoCAD User Certification from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business. In 2019, they obtained a CompTIA Network+ ce Certification from CompTIA.
