Masah Kalugin

Masah Kalugin's work experience begins in 2002 when they worked as an Account Manager/Recruiter at The Personnel Department-USA. They then moved on to work at FILTER as a Microsoft Talent Manager, where they recruited top talent for various groups at Microsoft. In 2010, Kalugin joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a Senior Talent Acquisition professional and worked their way up to Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition. They led talent strategy and delivery for EA Studios and managed a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. In 2014, Kalugin became the Manager of Global Talent Acquisition, overseeing talent strategy for multiple EA business units. They also served as a Lead for Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruitment for specific studio locations within NORAM. In 2022, Kalugin joined Meta as a Senior Recruiting Leader, where they led talent strategy and delivery for Engineering Leadership across various Meta apps and services. Currently, Kalugin is the Senior Director of Talent Management at the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium (ANTHC), leading workforce development, learning & development, and talent acquisition initiatives.
