Isaac Ozoemena

Isaac Ozoemena is an experienced professional with a background in e-channels operations and digital banking. Since July 2021, Isaac has been serving as an E-channels Operations Officer at ALAT by Wema, where responsibilities include daily reconciliation and settlement of funds, customer dispute resolution, and end-to-end channel monitoring. Previously, Isaac worked as a Digital Operations Officer, focusing on customer onboarding and support for digital banking channels. Prior experience includes web design and customer support at Hostpaddy Global Web Hosting Solutions and serving as an Agricultural Science Instructor during the National Youth Service Corps. Isaac holds a Bachelor's degree in Zoology/Animal Biology from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, earned in 2017.
