Najla Alsaif

Najla AlSaif currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Alat, a transformative company backed by the Public Investment Fund, focused on enhancing global companies and creating a sustainable industrial hub in Saudi Arabia. Previous experience includes Chief Human Resources Officer at Tanmiah Food Group and roles at the National Center for Performance Measurement and the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, where Najla contributed to organizational development and social initiatives. As Co-Founder and Managing Director of Synergist Group, significant services in legal and organizational consultancy were provided. Najla also held various positions at AstraZeneca, HRDF, and SAGIA, developing numerous HR programs and initiatives. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology from Marymount University, CIPD certification in HR, and a strategy degree from INSEAD.
