Gürkan Özdem

Gürkan Özdem is an experienced professional in the field of engineering, currently serving as R&D Manager at Alatas Crane Services Worldwide since August 2022, focusing on the design of man-riding systems and familiarization with various deck cranes. Previously, Gürkan held roles such as Software Developer at ORAU Orhan Otomotiv Kontrol Sistemleri A.Ş., where responsibilities included workflow process design and ERP program development, and a Mechatronics Engineer intern at Erkurt Holding, conducting acoustic tests. Gürkan has also worked as an Automation Engineer on crane automation projects and has experience in electrical project design and quality control from early positions in the industry. Gürkan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Bursa Teknik Üniversitesi and an Associate's degree in Control and Automation from Istanbul University.
