Rachel Hay-Ching Yuen

Rachel Hay-Ching Yuen is an experienced professional in the PropTech sector, currently serving in dual roles as a Platform team member at Alate Partners and Community Manager at Proptech Collective since January 2023. Previously, Rachel was the Partnership Manager at AssetBozz Limited, a startup in Hong Kong, where strategic relationship building and sales pipeline management were key responsibilities. Additionally, Rachel contributed as a Representative and Business Development Lead at Asia PropTech for over three years, engaging in community outreach and global partner connections. Earlier experience includes serving as an ESG Specialist at CHFT Advisory and Appraisal Limited, managing sustainability advisory services for multiple listed companies in Hong Kong.
