Jack Xia

Jack Xia is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in the IT sector. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Alation since September 2022, Jack has previously held roles including Technical Support Engineer at DataStax and IBM Cognos Analytics Support Engineer at IBM, where responsibilities included providing L2 support for IBM Cognos Analytics primarily for the China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan regions. Jack's expertise encompasses a variety of technologies such as Cognos Analytics, DB2 UDB, WebSphere Application Server, and J2EE/Java programming. With a foundational background in IT management and database administration, acquired through roles at Credit Mortgage Australia and IBM Technology Center, Jack holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
