Pete Keenan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and success management within the technology and cybersecurity sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Engagement Manager at Alation since May 2022, Pete has previously held various roles including Enterprise Solution Engineer and Sr. Customer Success Manager. Prior to Alation, Pete worked as a Customer Success Manager at Lacework, where the focus was on automating security monitoring and threat detection for major global clients. At Eze Castle Integration, Pete managed client relationships and provided technology consulting to the financial sector. With earlier experience as a Client Analyst at Coleman Research and an IT Security Intern at MEDfx, Pete holds a Master’s Degree in Security and Resilience with a concentration in Cyber Security from Northeastern University and a dual Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy and Business Studies from Bentley University.
