Shreya Bajracharya

Shreya Bajracharya is an Assistant Recruiter at Alaya since August 2021, bringing experience from previous roles as a Recruitment Trainee and People and Culture Trainee at Home Loan Experts from September 2021 to June 2022. Prior experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Buddha Air in early 2021 and an internship at Sukalpa International in late 2020. Shreya also served as the Intellectual and Publication Head for the NCM Student Council from October 2019 to December 2020 and completed an Internship Trainee position at Himalayan Bank Limited in 2017. Shreya holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Finance from Kathmandu University, completed in 2021.
