Danielle Sinfield has a strong background in customer success and account management roles. Danielle'smost recent position was with AlayaCare, where they worked as the Enterprise Customer Success Director and Director of Strategic Accounts. Prior to that, they worked at ParaMed Home Health Care as the Manager of Process Optimization & Support, as well as an Application Trainer. Danielle also gained experience at VON Canada, where they worked as a Business Systems Analyst, Application Trainer, Supervisor of the SMART Program and Volunteer Services, and a Client Services Associate.
Danielle Sinfield completed a Human Resources Management and Services program at Fleming College from 2003 to 2006. Danielle then pursued Medical Office Management/Administration at Fleming College from 2007 to 2008. Later, they studied Volunteer Management at Humber College from 2010 to 2011.
