Jackie Ewer

Jackie Ewer is an accomplished professional in conduct, compliance, and operational risk management with extensive experience across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Conduct, Compliance and Financial Crime at Alba Bank, Jackie previously held leadership roles at Ewer Risk Management Ltd, Bank North, Al Rayan Bank, and the Future Williams & Glyn Team at RBS. Jackie has also worked at Bank of America as Head of Operational, Conduct & Reputation Risk for MBNA, and at Bradford & Bingley as Head of Operational Risk. Early career highlights include significant responsibilities at Capita Business Services and Citigroup, where Jackie oversaw risk-based audits and internal audit activities across the EMEA region.
