Andreas Gorkow

Andreas Gorkow has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Andreas is currently working at ALBA as the Executive Vice President of Project- and Business Development since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ALBA as the Director of Industrial Partnerships from March 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining ALBA, Andreas worked at E.ON for a significant period, starting in 2015. Their roles at E.ON included Country Lead Industrial Generation UK from September 2018 to February 2021, Managing Director for KCHP Combined Heat and Power Project from January 2020 to December 2020, and Senior Project Developer for International and Germany/Benelux in the Industrial Generation department from 2015 to 2018.

Andreas also gained valuable experience at MAN Diesel & Turbo, where they worked as a Team Leader Power Generation / Project Manager Sales from January 2012 to November 2014. Prior to that, they held the position of Project Manager Sales from April 2009 to January 2012 and started their career at MAN Diesel & Turbo as a Trainee in November 2008.

Before entering the energy industry, Andreas worked as a Student Assistant at ISE / eurom from October 2003 to September 2008. Additionally, they gained experience as a Student Apprentice at Wilhelm Karmann GmbH for a short period in 2005 and as a Student Apprentice at ThyssenKrupp in July and August 2003.

Andreas Gorkow attended Ruhr University Bochum from 2003 to 2008. During this time, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in the field of Sales Engineering and Product Management.
