Zhi Jin is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in project management and mechanical engineering. Zhi has been serving as a Project Engineering Manager at Albany International since December 2006, leading a significant Chinese expansion project valued at $150 million, which includes overseeing the installation of steel structures, MEP, machinery, office fit-out, landscaping, and coordination of the grand opening. Previously held the position of Project Director Assistant on the same project, focusing on tendering, contract management (FIDIC), and civil work. Zhi's earlier experience includes roles as Project Manager and Process Engineer at Metso Paper from July 1997 to September 2001, and as Mechanical Engineer from July 1990 to September 1996, working on paper machine fabrication and manufacturing processes. Zhi holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Structural Mechanics from Teknillinen korkeakoulu-Tekniska högskolan and multiple engineering degrees from Blekinge Institute of Technology and Xi'an Technological University.
