Topher Haddad

Topher Haddad is the co-founder and CEO of Albedo, a company that specializes in optical systems engineering. Prior to joining Albedo, Haddad worked as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin. In this role, they were responsible for developing optical systems architecture to meet mission performance and leading multidisciplinary trade studies, mission analyses, and requirements/performance budgets development. Haddad has experience with many phenomenologies (visible, SWIR, MWIR, LWIR) in both passive and active systems.

Topher Haddad earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Johns Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering.
