Anita Natesh

Anita Natesh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Anita'smost recent position was at Albemarle Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Global Sales for Lithium and Specialties. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Strategic Marketing & Commercial Excellence. Before joining Albemarle Corporation, Anita worked at Eastman Chemical Company, where they held several leadership roles. Anita was the Sales Excellence Director for the Americas, responsible for leading global business teams and developing growth strategies. Anita also served as the North America Commercial Manager, overseeing sales and managing a team of direct reports. At Eastman Chemical Company, they started as an Account Manager, exceeding revenue targets and earning recognition for outstanding performance. Anita then became the Global Solvents Product Manager, leading the strategy and profitability of a $200M product line. Earlier in their career, Anita worked at Frito Lay as a Finance Manager in Strategic Planning, Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy and Operations Group, Michelin Tire North America in Quality Assurance Management and Business Unit Management, Huntsman Petrochemical Corporation as a Senior Process Engineer and Process Safety Management Manager, and Nalco/Exxon Energy Chemicals as a Product Specialist in Global Market Areas. Anita also had experience in process and environmental engineering at ARCO Chemical.

Anita Natesh holds an MBA in Finance from Rice University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Anita also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, with a focus on Chemical Engineering and a minor in Environmental Engineering, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute between 1989 and 1994.
