Autumn Gagarinas

Autumn Gagarinas has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Autumn currently holds the role of Vice President Human Resources Energy Storage at Albemarle Corporation since February 2023. Before that, they served as the Vice President Human Resources, ITT IP at ITT Inc. from April 2022 to February 2023.

Prior to their time at ITT Inc., Autumn worked at Honeywell for several years in various HR leadership positions. Autumn'sroles included Vice President HR Global Finance from November 2020 to April 2022, Vice President HR, SPS Integrated Supply Chain from June 2020 to November 2020, Global HR and Data Analytics from September 2018 to June 2020, HR Global Operations Leader EMEA from October 2016 to September 2018, and Director Of Human Resources from May 2011 to October 2016.

Autumn's career started at Stanford Graduate School of Business, where they served as the Director of Human Resources from 1999 to 2004. Autumn then worked at SpaceX as an HR Director from 2004 to 2005. Autumn also had previous experience at Honeywell, where they held the positions of Sr. Human Resource Manager, Global TS Functions from July 2008 to March 2009, and Sr. Manager Human Resources from March 2006 to July 2008.
