Christy Lathrop is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in diverse industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the HVAC Segment at SPX Technologies since 2024, Christy previously held the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Albemarle Corporation, partnering with leadership to oversee a global business unit valued at $1.4 billion. Christy's prior positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Domtar, where strategic initiatives led to an efficient restructuring in response to COVID-19, and Human Resources Director roles at Harris Corporation and SPX FLOW, Inc., focusing on organizational effectiveness and talent acquisition. Christy began a career in human resources at Bausch + Lomb and Philips, earning a Bachelor of Science in Management/Human Resources from St. John Fisher University.
