Grant Hosea

Grant Hosea has a strong background in trade compliance, having held various roles in different companies. Grant most recently worked at Albemarle Corporation as the Director of Global Trade Compliance, where they developed compliance automation, reorganized organizational design, and implemented a global trade compliance framework. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Americas Regulatory Compliance at TD SYNNEX, overseeing all regulatory compliance activities in the Americas and integrating a $4 billion acquisition. Grant also has experience as a Senior Trade Manager at Microsoft, Global Trade Control Manager at Texas Instruments, and Export Compliance Management and Project Manager at Boeing Corporate. Earlier in their career, they worked at Radiall, Incorporated as an Account Manager and ITAR Compliance Manager, where they were responsible for ITAR administration and implemented a successful compliance plan.

Grant Hosea has a diverse education history. In 2007-2008, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from American InterContinental University. Later, in 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Import 101 and 201 from Global Training Center. That same year, they also acquired a Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering from The Anti-Money Laundering Training Academy. Moreover, Grant holds a B.A in Psychology from Warner Pacific University. Additionally, in 2021, they earned a certification as a Licensed Customs Broker from the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
