Stacy Grant

Stacy Grant has a diverse range of work experience. Stacy is currently serving as the Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Global Corporate Affairs at Albemarle Corporation since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Honeywell from February 2020 to May 2023, first as the General Counsel, Corporate Transactions, and later as the Vice President and General Counsel, M&A and Ventures. Before Honeywell, Stacy worked as a Corporate Associate at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC from June 2017 to February 2020. Stacy also gained experience as an Associate at King & Spalding from November 2015 to June 2017, as well as a Corporate Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP from September 2014 to October 2015. Stacy started their legal career as a Summer Associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in 2013. Additionally, they interned at the United States Attorney's Office-SDNY in 2012 and worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Klass at Georgetown University Law Center from January 2012 to May 2012. Prior to their legal career, Stacy worked as an Equipment and Retail Sales Manager at New York University-Athletics Department from June 2009 to May 2011.

Stacy Grant completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing/Politics at NYU Stern School of Business from 2005 to 2009. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Politics-International Affairs at New York University, which they completed in 2011. Later, they attended Georgetown University Law Center from 2011 to 2014 and obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law.
