Szilard Vegso

Szilard Vegso is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and supply chain management. Currently serving as Senior Global Project Manager at Albemarle Corporation since May 2017, Szilard leads teams focused on Purchasing, Warehousing, and Pricing across Europe, overseeing 15 direct reports and defining key performance indicators to enhance team performance and development. Prior to this role, Szilard worked at IBM as Project Manager Scrum Master, managing HR and Payroll systems for multiple markets, and at Hilti (Hungary) in various roles including Supply Chain Specialist and Head of Logistics, where responsibilities included logistics operations management, process development, and team leadership. Szilard holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering and Management from University Pannon.
