Wesley Hamilton

Wesley Hamilton has extensive work experience in the chemical manufacturing industry. Wesley worked at Albemarle Corporation from 2008 to 2023, starting as an Operations Manager and later serving as the Process Technology Director and the Director of Manufacturing Technology. Wesley also co-led a global manufacturing cost and energy reduction program. In their most recent role, they were the CTO/Vice President Research, Technology and New Business Development for the Bromine Specialties GBU. Prior to joining Albemarle Corporation, Wesley worked at AkzoNobel in various commercial, R&D, and manufacturing roles. Wesley played a key role in the transition of the refinery catalyst business from AkzoNobel to Albemarle Corporation.

Wesley Hamilton attended Texas A&M University, where they studied Chemical Engineering. Wesley later pursued a Juris Doctorate degree with Magna Cum Laude honors at the University of Houston.
