Shane Banks

Shane Banks, P.E. is a seasoned project director at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. since February 2020, with extensive experience in the construction and engineering fields. Previously, Shane served in the Arizona Army National Guard for over two decades, reaching the rank of First Sergeant and overseeing various roles related to combat engineering and operations. Additionally, Shane held project management positions at Sundt Construction, PCL Construction, and HDR, focusing on water and wastewater infrastructure projects, while also demonstrating leadership in quality and safety standards. Shane's educational background includes a Master of Science in Building Construction Management and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Purdue University.
