Yetimgeta Mihiretu

Yetimgeta (Yetim) Mihiretu is a seasoned geotechnical engineer with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as a Geotechnical Engineer/Specialist at the Alberta Energy Regulator since 2008, Yetim previously worked as a Geotechnical Engineer at ParklandGeo from 2006 to 2008. Early career experience includes a lecturer position at Arba Minch University from 1992 to 1998. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Alberta (2001-2009), an M.Sc. in Geotechnical Engineering from Leibniz Universität Hannover (1998-2000), and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from Addis Ababa University (1987-1992).
