Rajan Sawhney

Rajan Sawhney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in government and business development. Currently serving as the Minister of Advanced Education, previous roles within the Government of Alberta include Minister of Trade, Immigration & Multiculturalism, Minister of Transportation, and Minister of Community and Social Services. In the private sector, Rajan Sawhney has held the position of Vice President of Business Development at FRACMOD and worked as an economist at both AER and Resmodman. Educationally, Rajan Sawhney holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.
