Arturo Cebrián Carbonell

Arturo Cebrián Carbonell has extensive experience in system management, having served as Jefe de Area de Sistemas at CNMC (Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia) since October 2013, and previously in similar roles at the Comisión Nacional de Energía from April 1996 to October 2013. Arturo began their career in the field as Técnico de sistemas and possesses a foundational education from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where studies were completed between 1983 and 1989.
