Rena Esmail

Rena Esmail has extensive experience in athletic therapy and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Coordinator and Senior Operations Representative at Alberta Pensions Services Corporation since September 2008, Rena also works as a Certified Athletic Therapist for both the Edmonton Wildcats and the Alberta Basketball Association since May 2014 and May 2009, respectively, providing first responder coverage and immediate care for athletes during tournaments. Rena's previous roles include student athletic therapy positions with York University, The Edmonton Energy, and Concordia University College of Alberta, where care was delivered to various sports teams. Rena holds a Bachelor's degree with honors in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy from York University and a diploma in Kinesiology from Red Deer College.
