Kasper Fisker

Kasper Fisker has had a diverse work experience in the field of crime prevention and security. Kasper started their career as a Crime Prevention Coordinator at Gentofte Kommune in 2008, where they focused on project management and the development of programs to increase social capital. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Criminal Case Mediator at the Danish National Police. Kasper then joined the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) in 2010, where they held the role of Senior Criminologist and Head of Psychiatric Assessment Unit. At PET, they played a pivotal role in countering radicalization and violent extremism, working closely with various actors across Denmark. In 2015, they became the Head of Office for Crime Prevention at Albertslund Kommune, where they were responsible for coordinating crime prevention efforts in the municipality. Concurrently, they also worked as a Freelance Consultant for the Preventive Security Advisory Service (PSAS), providing their expertise in the field. In 2016, they became an External Lecturer at the Danish Police Academy, and in 2014, at Professionshøjskolen Metropol - Metropolitan University College. In 2017, they took on another leadership role as the Leader of RAN LOCAL (EU) in the Radicalisation Awareness Network (RAN), facilitating the exchange of ideas and knowledge on countering radicalization and violent extremism in Europe. More recently, they have been a Member of the Regional Committee of Juvenile Delinquency at KL - Local Government Denmark. Additionally, Kasper Fisker has pursued their passion for writing and became an author at Hans Reitzels Forlag in 2020.

Kasper Fisker has a diverse education history. Kasper obtained a Master's Degree in Master of Public Governance (MPG) from Copenhagen Business School, although the specific start and end years are not provided. In 2015, they studied Social Psychology at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen for one year. Additionally, in 2013, they attended SOAS University of London for a short-term program on Political Islam: Global and local manifestations and challenges.

Kasper also has experience in law enforcement intelligence analysis. From 2010 to 2013, they studied as an Intelligence Officer at the Danish National Police, focusing on Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis. In 2012, they participated in a cognitive intervention program at Mindwork Psykologisk Center.

Kasper has also studied Criminology at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 2009 to 2011. Furthermore, they completed a Criminal Case Mediator program at Danish National Police (Handelsskolen Sjælland Syd) for one year in 2010, with a focus on conflict and mediation.

In terms of other areas of study, Kasper received media training from KasterGaardbo Kommunikation in 2009. Kasper also studied pedagogy with a focus on youth and psychology at Ballerup Academy from 2007 to 2009. Moreover, they completed a project management course at Implement Consulting Group in 2008.

Kasper has an educational background in law as well. Kasper studied Law at Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they studied psychology, social sciences, and music at Gladsaxe Gymnasium from 1989 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Kasper Fisker obtained a certification as a member of the Regional Committee of Juvenile Delinquency from KL - Local Government Denmark in January 2019.
