Saad Zaghloul

Saad Zaghloul has extensive work experience in the media industry. Saad is currently the Executive Editor at Asharq News الشرق since 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chairperson at Daily News Egypt from 2012. Saad also co-founded Alborsa newspaper in 2008, where they served as the CEO and Chief Executive Editor. Saad Zaghloul has been involved in various professional associations, including being a CO-Founder and Board Member at The Egyptian Investor Relations Association (EIRA) from 2010. Saad has held positions such as Business Editor at CNN from 2018 to 2019, Country Director at Forbes Middle East from 2016 to 2018, Media Taskforce member at MENA Private Equity Association from 2016 to 2017, and Business Editor at Al-Arab News Channel from 2014 to 2016. Saad started their career as a Producer at CNBC Arabia from 2005 to 2008 and worked as a Business Journalist at Alalam Al Youm Newspaper from 2000 to 2005.

From 2008 to 2010, Saad Zaghloul pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in stock markets at The Arab Academy for Banking and Financial Sciences (AABFS).
