KG, Stephan supports customers worldwide in implementing a retrofit-strategy to increase their machine availability and ROI. With previous roles as Senior Service Manager, Service Manager, and Service Techniker, Stephan has a strong background in installation and commissioning of machines and equipment globally. Stephan also held the position of Service Hotline Director at Baumer of America for a brief period. Educationally, Stephan holds degrees as an Energieanlagenelektroniker and Elektrogerätemechaniker from Berufskolleg Technik Siegen.
