Rachel Biggs

Rachel Biggs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic management, policy development, and project finance within non-profit and international development sectors. Since November 2015, Rachel has served in multiple leadership roles at Albuquerque Health Care for the Homeless, where contributions include enhancing annual giving programs, steering communication efforts, and improving volunteer management systems. Prior experience encompasses significant positions with ACTED, UNDP, and Grassroots Jerusalem, where Rachel oversaw grant management, stakeholder relations, and event coordination.
