Miguel Francisco Prado Gil is a lawyer and specialist in public management, graduated from the Santiago de Cali University and the National Open and Distance University.
He has vast experience in the administrative, civil, and criminal areas, knowledge of the subject of citizen participation and municipalization in Colombia, and a proven track record in local, regional, and national public affairs.
He has served as a legal adviser in the Presidency of the Republic; the Ministry of Culture, the Secretary of Culture of Cali; Proservis – Promoambiental Cali, he was also undersecretary in the Secretariat of Social Housing and Habitat of Cali.
