Juliana Harder has worked in various roles since 1999. Juliana began their career as a Services Software Developer at Nortel Networks. In 2000, they moved to SS8 Networks as a Software Development Engineer, where they were responsible for the full software cycle, focusing on Integration/Testing and Maintenance. From 2010 to 2014, they held a volunteer position at Enleka, Inc. and tracked software development tasks and milestones through Microsoft Project. Juliana also volunteered at the Boy Scouts of America from 2011 to 2019. In 2014, Juliana began working at eSudo Technology Solutions as a Computer Systems Analyst and completed their Masters Project in Process Improvement. From 2019 to 2020, they worked at Shutterfly, Inc. as an Internet Operations Intern - Enterprise Incident Management and was responsible for analyzing important metrics and KPIs. Finally, Juliana is currently employed at Alcatraz as an Operations Engineer and Operations Intern, where they work to design, lead, and execute continuous improvements efforts to achieve efficient operational processes and tools to support sales and operations.

Juliana Harder obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Honors Computer Science with Software Engineering from Western University between 1994 and 1999. Juliana then went on to pursue a Masters in Engineering/Industrial Management from San Jose State University between 2017 and 2019.
