Naomi Kennedy

Naomi joined Alcentra in 2022 as a Senior Consultant in the HR team, focusing on employee development and engagement.

Prior to joining the business, Naomi worked in both key retail and professional service organisations driving employee experience and business growth. Naomi received her Bachelors in Geography and her Masters in Strategic HR Management.
