Paula Heddle

Paula Heddle has a diverse range of work experience. Paula'smost recent role is the COO at Alchemist Accelerator since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Microsoft as a Senior Business Manager from April 2020 to July 2021, where they were responsible for business operations of an international organization. Paula also worked at KBA, Inc. as the Chief Operating Officer from April 2019 to April 2020, overseeing all business and support functions. Before that, they were a Senior Consultant at Unify Consulting from June 2018 to April 2019, where they project managed the Data Governance initiative for Puget Sound Energy. Additionally, Paula has experience as a Business Strategy/Implementation Consultant at Integris Software from September 2017 to May 2018, and as a Business Management Consultant at Sila Solutions Group from September 2015 to May 2017. Prior to their career in the corporate world, they pursued entrepreneurial endeavors as the CEO/Founder of Barkz the dog stop from March 2007 to November 2010, and as the Vice President of the Kirkland Downtown Association from February 2008 to February 2010. In their personal life, they have been actively involved in volunteer work and has a blog called www.psourze.com.

Paula Heddle's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Western University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, graduating in 1995. Following this, they pursued further studies at Canisius College and completed their Master of Science in Education (MSED) between 1995 and 1997. Lastly, in 2004 they enrolled at the Ivey Business School at Western University and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2006, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General.
