Erica Humphrey

Erica Humphrey is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in education and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Incubator Participant at Alchemist Community Development Corporation since September 2020, Erica also operates a packaged food business, Neck Nosh, since January 2017. Previously, Erica was a Special Education Teacher at San Juan Unified School District from 2009 to 2015 and at Beaverton School District from 2005 to 2009, following a role as a Graduate Assistant at Portland State University while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Special Education. Erica's career began at Dairy Queen, where customer service skills were developed in the mid-1990s. Academic credentials include a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree from Portland State University.
