Sam Coia

Sam Coia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational improvement and recruitment management. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of Operational Improvement at Alchemmy since October 2019, Sam leads the Operational Improvement Centre of Excellence while also overseeing client delivery. Prior to this role, Sam was the Head of Recruitment at Alchemmy, focusing on enhancing candidate experience. Previous experience includes positions at Armstrong Fluid Technology as a Business Development Associate and Business Intern, and serving as an Officer Cadet in the British Army. Sam co-founded CuraTek.uk, a startup recognized as Cornwall’s ‘Young Enterprise Business of the Year 2015’. Sam holds a degree in Business & Management with an Industrial Placement from Oxford Brookes University.
