Luke Lee

Luke Lee has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Luke started their career at Tribal as a Consultant in February 2007 and worked there until May 2010. Luke then transitioned to the role of Dynamics AX Technology Manager at Tribal, where they worked from June 2010 to March 2011. Following this, Luke joined Insight in March 2011 and held the position of IT Manager until May 2015. At Insight, they introduced and implemented Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and toolsets and managed the operations team for the Largest Dynamics AX system in the world. From May 2015 to August 2020, Luke worked as a Solutions Architect at Insight, where they were responsible for the design and automation of the Azure cloud environment for Robotic Process Automation. Luke also automated the deployment of Azure virtual machines and PaaS services using ARM templates. Currently, Luke is working as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Alchemy Global Solutions, starting in August 2020.

Luke Lee attended Sheffield Hallam University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BSC (Hons) degree in Mathematics and Technology. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including DevOps Leader and DevOps Foundation v3 from DevOpsInstitute in March and February 2020 respectively, Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2018, and various ITIL certifications from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Luke also holds an Intermediate Certificate in Enterprise and Solution Architecture from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
