Dr. Mitchell Shultz obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from UC San Diego in 1988. Mitchell then attended New York Medical College from 1988 to 1992, where they received their M.D. degree. Following this, they pursued a medical residency program in General Certificates at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA from 1992 to 1993. Dr. Shultz then completed an Ophthalmology Residency Program at UC Irvine from 1993 to 1996, earning their Doctor of Medicine degree in that field.
