Martin Roesner has had a varied and successful career in the business world. Martin began their career in 2005 as a Project Coordinator for the International Paralympic Committee. In 2006, they joined Young & Rubicam Group as a Project Manager and Account Manager & Project Director, where they provided consultative expertise on sales, marketing, and new business development. Martin then moved to SWAROVSKI in 2013, where they held the positions of Retail & E-Commerce Key Account Director, Marketing Operations Manager, and Trade Marketing Manager. In 2021, Martin began their current role as Country Director DACH for Alcméon, where they oversee the commercial development of the brand in the DACH region.
Martin Roesner has a diverse educational background. Martin completed a Bachelor in Sport Management from the University of Tübingen in 2003, an Exchange Program at San Diego State University in 2001-2002, a Master in Sports Management and Economy from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln in 2005, an Executive Certification in Urban Development in China from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2018, and an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from ESCP Business School in 2019. Additionally, they completed an Executive Education Program in Leading Innovation and Growth at the Texas McCombs School of Business in 2019.
