Olivier Paradis

Olivier Paradis has extensive experience in human resources and labor relations, currently serving as HR Manager at Alcoa's Warrick Smelter and Power Plant since February 2013. Previously, Olivier held various HR roles at Alcoa, including Senior Advisor in Labor Relations and Project Leader in HR. Prior to joining Alcoa, Olivier gained experience as an HR intern at Atrium Innovations and worked as a Ramp Agent at Servisair from 2007 to 2012. Olivier holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Laval and a specialization in Labor Relations from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
