Rachel Goy

Rachel Goy is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in customer experience and team leadership within the construction and homebuilding industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager - Greenfields at ABN Group since January 2023, Rachel has previously held significant roles including Operations Manager at Homebuyers Centre and Customer Experience Team Manager at Boutique Homes. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Welsh Group, Granvue Homes, Burbank Group, and Simonds Homes. Rachel holds an Advanced Diploma in Building Design (Architecture) from Victoria University, obtained between 2011 and 2016.
