Tony Arnest

Tony Arnest is an experienced senior-level manager and director specializing in project management, entitlements, and feasibility due diligence in the real estate development sector. Since 2017, Tony has been with Pacific Communities Builder, focusing on low to high density residential and mixed-use projects, overseeing processes from acquisitions to final mapping. Prior to this role, Tony gained extensive experience at various companies including Warmington, Shea, KB, Sares Regis, and Lewis Homes from 1985 to 2013. Tony is a member of the California Bar and holds a degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
