Balaji M has extensive experience in ophthalmic sales and territory management, currently serving as a Senior Territory Sales Executive at Alcon since February 2019, focusing on the promotion and sales of advanced technology intraocular lenses (IOLs). Prior to this role, Balaji worked as a Senior Territory Manager at Allergan, where responsibilities included business promotion and client relationship management, and held similar positions at Alcon from May 2015 to February 2019, overseeing the promotion of Anterior Segment Eye Drops and managing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs). Earlier career experience includes a role as a Scientific Sales Executive at Sanofi from September 2010 to May 2015, where market research and customer service were key responsibilities. Balaji holds a degree in Biotechnology from Osmania University, completed in June 2009, and completed schooling at Sahayamadha Matriculation Higher Secondary School under the Tamilnadu Matriculation Board.
