Ben Mansoura

Ben Mansoura is an experienced professional with a robust background in systems engineering and IT service management. Currently serving as Director of Systems Engineering and previously holding the position of IT Cross-Functional Services Manager at Alcon, Ben has also worked as a Service Manager for DISYS, specializing in transition processes. Prior roles include IT Outsourcing Manager at Pharmascience and several service management positions at PRO Unlimited for Novartis, focusing on ITIL processes and EMEA LAN services. Ben holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC Montréal and a Master of Science in Telecommunications Engineering from Czech Technical University in Prague.
