Jhonny Cisneros

Jhonny Cisneros has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Head for Iberia & Italy at Alcon since April 2016, where responsibilities include acting as HRBP Manager for the Global R&D function with 1,900 employees across multiple platforms. Prior to Alcon, Jhonny worked at ConocoPhillips from February 2004 to January 2016 in various HR roles, including HR Manager for Qatar, where strategic HR partnership was provided to enhance local operations and relationships. Throughout the career, Jhonny has held multiple HR positions that encompassed staffing, talent management, global mobility, and benefits administration, demonstrating a strong commitment to developing high-performing multicultural workforces. Jhonny holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Relations from Universidad Catolica Andres Bello.
