Kurt van Rompaey

Kurt Van Rompaey has a diverse work experience, beginning in 1995 at Procter & Gamble as an Expert Automation Controls - Maintenance team leader - Startup engineer. Kurt worked there until 2001, during which they also served as a Project Lead Process Automation.

From 2001 to 2020, Kurt worked at Pfizer in various roles, including Lead System Architecture & Integration and Digital Transformation & Innovation Coach.

More recently, Kurt joined Alcon in 2020, where they have held the positions of Lead Automation & Maintenance and Lead Automation & Project Management.

Kurt Van Rompaey attended KIH De Nayer Sint-Katelijne-Waver from 1993 to 1995, majoring in Electro mechanics. Prior to that, they studied at Atheneum Willebroek from 1986 to 1993, focusing on Mathematical economics. Kurt also earned a degree in Digital Transformation agent from Vlerick Business School, specializing in Industry 4.0.
