Lisa Clinton, SHRM-CP has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2015 to present, they have been working at Alcor Solutions Inc., starting as an Operations & Finance Manager and then progressing to the role of Sr. HR & Operations Manager. Currently, they are serving as the Director of HR & Operations. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2015, Lisa worked as an Independent Contractor, primarily serving as a Loan Signing Agent/Notary Public. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Office Manager at Deborah Bloom Educational Consultants, where they managed day-to-day operations and screened potential clients. Lisa also has experience in the financial industry, having worked at Patelco Credit Union from 1995 to 2002. Their roles at Patelco included Business Development Representative, Floating Branch Manager/Regional Trainer, and Branch Manager. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated proficiency in operations management, HR, finance, and business development.

Lisa Clinton, SHRM-CP, attended San Jose State University from 1991 to 1995. During their time there, they focused on Business Administration with a concentration in Management. After completing their education, Lisa obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in December 2020.
