Pamela Morris has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pamela most recently worked at Alcor Solutions Inc. as the Director of Customer Success, a role they started in January 2021. Prior to that, they were the Senior Manager of Consulting at Alcor Solutions Inc. from October 2018 to January 2021.
Before joining Alcor Solutions Inc., Pamela worked at Mercy Health (formerly Catholic Health Partners) starting in December 2017 as the Manager of IT Service Management until October 2018.
From November 2016 to November 2017, Pamela worked at Vox Mobile as the Director of PMO. Pamela was responsible for overseeing all projects and managing the ServiceNow development. Pamela also previously held the position of ServiceNow Architect from April 2015 to November 2016 at Vox Mobile.
Pamela's earlier experiences include working at Teradata as a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer from May 2014 to April 2015, and as a PS Operations Staff Consultant from July 2012 to May 2014.
Pamela began their career at Systematic Solutions, Inc. in December 2008 as an Operations Manager, a role they held until July 2012. Prior to that, Pamela worked at Dogwise as the Customer Service Manager from May 2006 to October 2008.
Pamela Morris completed their education in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Database Management at DeVry University from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Pamela received the ServiceNow Administrator certification from ServiceNow - The Enterprise IT Cloud Company in February 2014. In October 2012, Pamela obtained the ITIL Foundation Certification from ITIL. Most recently, they earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February 2021.
